Before you report
- Make sure you are on the latest build;
- Restart the app and try once more;
- If health data looks empty, check iOS Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices and confirm Inner Day may read the relevant data;
- For report issues, attach the exported file (PDF/CSV) or a screenshot — it speeds things up a lot.
Purchases & restore
The app offers monthly and yearly memberships (auto-renewing subscriptions) and a lifetime membership (one-time purchase); see the FAQ above for what the free tier includes. To restore after reinstalling, tap Restore Purchase in the membership center and sign in with the App Store account used for the purchase. Cancelling subscriptions and refunds are handled through App Store account settings and Apple’s Report a Problem flow.
Feature requests
Inner Day is built for atypical rhythms, so your real-world scenario matters especially to us — ideas about period estimation, metrics you want tracked, or what the report should include for your appointments: all welcome. Just write.
Frequently asked questions
Didn't find your answer? Reach me through any channel above.
Is my health data uploaded anywhere?
No. Inner Day has no servers: health samples (sleep stages, daylight time, steps, active energy) are read and processed on your device only. Results stay on your device and in your own iCloud, which the developer cannot access. Health access is read-only — the app never writes or modifies your health data.
Can I use the app without any sleep data yet?
Yes. Turn on demo mode to try everything — body-day clocking, the Golden Awake Window, reports, and alarms. Demo data never mixes with real data; once you connect Apple Health, real observations begin.
Why does the app need Health and Calendar access?
Health access reads sleep stages, daylight time, steps, and active energy for rhythm observation and body-day calculation (read-only, never written). Calendar access converts events into your body time (read-only, never writes to your calendar). You can revoke both anytime in iOS Settings.
Do alarms ring in silent mode?
Yes. Alarms are created with the system AlarmKit, so they ring like system alarms even in silent and focus modes. Reminders can be delivered as a notification or a system alarm, adjustable in settings.
What is the difference between the free version and membership?
Recording, observation, and local backups are free. The free tier includes viewing and exporting 28-day reports in every format (PDF with a light footer watermark), 1 body alarm, 3 manual schedules, the Golden Awake Window for the next 3 days, and a 2-day drift preview. Membership unlocks unlimited body alarms and manual schedules, 14 / 30-day Golden Awake Windows, the full multi-day drift preview, 60 / 90-day and custom-range reports with watermark-free export, system-alarm delivery, calendar import, customizable home cards, Rhythm Status Card sharing, and iCloud sync & Drive backup uploads. Available as monthly and yearly subscriptions or a one-time lifetime purchase.
How can I get the app?
Inner Day is on the App Store (iPhone / iPad, iOS 26 or later) as a paid download — see the store page for the current price: https://apps.apple.com/app/id6816689330 . If you have a special rhythm situation or a feature idea, we would love to hear from you.
