RedeemKit Overview

RedeemKit RedeemKit

开发中 v1.0.0

A redeem-code workspace for indie developers and teams

What it is

RedeemKit (码上发财) is a redeem-code workspace for indie developers and teams. Distributing codes is part of the job: App Store promo codes, offer codes, and membership codes end up scattered across spreadsheets, notes, and chats, and nobody remembers which one went where or which batch expired. RedeemKit gathers them per app in one place — batch import, automatic status tracking, copy-and-send with templates.

There is no account and no tracking: data lives on your devices and syncs across iPhone, iPad, and Mac through your own iCloud.

Who it is for

  • Indie developers who hand out promo and membership codes and want to know exactly which code went to whom
  • Small teams that deliver code batches to channels or campaigns and review the results later
  • Anyone running several apps with many code types (app bodies, monthly/yearly memberships, offer codes…)
  • Anyone who does not want their codes and recipient notes on a third-party platform

Key features

  • Organize by app: each app gets its own space; paste an App Store link to fetch its name and icon automatically
  • Batch import: TXT (one code per line) or CSV (with a “code” header), or plain paste — formats are detected, batches are timestamped, and everything is previewed before import
  • Types & channels: built-in types for Mac apps, iOS apps, monthly/yearly/lifetime memberships, and offer codes, plus custom types; record campaign channels and per-code notes
  • Copy templates: presets for app codes, subscription codes, and trials with one-tap placeholders for code, redemption link, and expiry
  • Status & stats: available / used / expired tracked automatically; mark codes as used on copy (optional); offer-code remaining counts decrement automatically; per-app and per-batch statistics with filters, sorting, and global search (⌘F on Mac)
  • Data & sync: local storage with sync through your own iCloud; full JSON export and merge import; restore mistakes from Recently Deleted

Why we built it

It started with our own codes: the spreadsheet went stale within weeks, and nobody could tell which codes were used or given away. So we built the workspace we wanted — find the code instantly, copy it with its message, and let expired codes grey themselves out. Every developer shipping an app needs this at some point, so we turned it into a product. Your codes are assets; they deserve a proper home.
