Data We Collect
RedeemKit collects no personal information. Your redeem codes, app entries, code types, campaign channels, copy templates, and statistics all live in the app's local database on your device; when iCloud sync is enabled, data syncs across your iPhone, iPad, and Mac through your own iCloud account — stored in your iCloud space maintained by Apple. There are no developer servers and nothing for us to read. The app includes no analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
Permissions & network: the clipboard is read or written only when you tap Copy Code or Paste to Import, never in the background. File access happens only when you pick a TXT/CSV file to import or save a JSON backup; the app never scans your other files. Network activity is limited to three cases: (1) iCloud sync after you enable it, which uses your own iCloud account; (2) when you intentionally paste an App Store link to fetch app info, the app requests that app's name and icon from Apple's public iTunes lookup API; (3) membership purchases, restore purchases, and subscription validation, which are handled by Apple's App Store / StoreKit. Beyond these, the app makes no network requests, and the developer runs no servers.
How We Use Information
Any information described above is used only to keep the app working properly, respond to your support requests, troubleshoot and fix issues, and improve the product. We never use it for any other purpose, never for advertising or profiling, and we never sell it to anyone.
Data Storage & Security
RedeemKit is designed around data minimisation: your data stays on your device by default (or syncs, at your option, to a cloud account you control), and our servers do not store your data. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information received through support channels from unauthorised access — though no system can promise absolute security.
Third-Party Services
This app integrates no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. We never collect or store your payment details — purchases are processed by Apple.
Retention & Deletion of Support Inquiries
When you contact us by email or similar means, we receive the information you provide (such as your email address and a description of the issue). We keep it only as long as needed to handle your request; you may ask us to delete it at any time.
Your Rights
Under applicable laws and regulations (including the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China), you have the following rights:
- Access & correction — view and edit your content and settings in the app at any time;
- Deletion — deleting the app deletes local data; if you enabled cloud sync, you can also delete it in the corresponding cloud service;
- Withdrawing consent — you can revoke permissions anytime in system settings; revocation does not affect data already stored locally;
- Account deletion — not applicable: the app requires no account.
Protection of Minors
RedeemKit is a general-audience app. We never knowingly collect personal information or market to minors. Under the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China (PIPL), personal information of minors under 14 is sensitive personal information and may only be processed with a guardian's consent. If you are under 14, please read this policy with a guardian and use the app only with their consent. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a minor under 14 without guardian consent, we will delete it as soon as possible.
Updates to This Policy
This policy may change as the app evolves. Material changes will be announced in the app or on this page with a new effective date. Continued use means you accept the updated policy.
Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China and applies to all supported platform versions of RedeemKit.

Storage, backup, and deletion
All of your data — codes, apps, batches, templates, and preferences — lives in the app’s local database on your device. At any time you can export everything as a JSON backup from Settings → Data Management and keep it wherever you choose; importing a backup on a new device merges it with local data by ID and never wipes what is already there. Mistakenly deleted apps, batches, or codes can be restored from Recently Deleted.
Turning off iCloud sync does not delete anything: previously synced data remains on each of your devices, and you can delete it whenever you like. Uninstalling the app removes the data on that device. Before switching or erasing a device, make sure iCloud sync is enabled, or export a JSON backup first.
