Please include this information when reporting an issue

  • ▸ Device model and OS version (e.g. iPhone 15 / iOS 18.6)
  • ▸ App version (Settings → About)
  • ▸ What happened, and what you expected instead
  • ▸ Reliable steps to reproduce (what triggers it)
  • ▸ Screenshots, screen recordings, or log files (if any)
  • ▸ Whether it happens every time or only occasionally

Before you report

  1. Make sure you are on the latest build;
  2. Restart the app and try once more;
  3. If an import fails, confirm the file is UTF-8 encoded: TXT should have one code per line, CSV needs a header row with a “code” column;
  4. If sync misbehaves, check that the device is signed into iCloud and that iCloud Drive is available in system settings.

Purchases & restore

The app offers monthly and yearly memberships (auto-renewing subscriptions) and a lifetime membership (one-time purchase). To restore after reinstalling, tap Restore Purchase in the membership center and sign in with the App Store account used for the purchase. Cancelling subscriptions and refunds are handled through App Store account settings and Apple’s Report a Problem flow.

Feature requests

Code types, template variables, export formats — if you catch yourself saying “it would be nice if…”, write to us. Even better with your workflow context: the best ideas come from real usage.

Frequently asked questions

Didn't find your answer? Reach me through any channel above.

Are my redeem codes uploaded anywhere?

No. RedeemKit has no servers: codes, app entries, templates, and statistics all live in the app's local database on your device. With iCloud sync enabled, data syncs across your devices through your own iCloud account, which the developer cannot read. The app includes no analytics or advertising SDKs.

How do I move my data to a new device?

Two ways: (1) sign both devices into the same Apple ID and enable iCloud sync for the app — data carries over automatically; (2) export a JSON backup under Settings → Data Management on the old device and import it on the new one — importing merges by ID and never wipes existing data.

Are the remaining-use counts for offer codes accurate?

They are estimates. Counts decrease by one each time you copy on this device and cannot sync with actual redemptions on the App Store; a code is marked used when its count runs out. Treat them as a management aid — the App Store is authoritative.

Can I stop codes being marked used on copy?

Yes — turn off “Mark used on copy” in Settings; you can always change status manually. Note that Copy Code in the context menu follows the same setting.

How can I get the app?

The app is in development and not yet on the App Store. Download links will appear here and on the store when it ships — meanwhile, feel free to email us the features you would love to see.
